Untility room off kitchen has washing machine, new electric hot water boiler, large fridge with freezer aboveand ironing equipment. Leads directly onto front terrace.
We also have a cupboard that is stocked with beach things like deck chairs, sun umbrellas and buckets and spades and inflatables that are there for guests use.
Tiled staircase leading to 3 bedrooms and Shower room with wash basin and toilet, mirror with make up lights above sink.
Master bedroom has 1 double bed, bedside cabinets and lights. Large wardrobe with large chest of drawers to one side. All bed linen and towels are located in this room also hair dryer.
This room also has an AC unit and ceiling fan.
Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds, chest of drawers, wardrobe with mirror above, ceiling fan. Overlooking the pool.
Bedroom 3 has bunk beds, chest of drawers, wardrobe, fan. Overlooking the pool.
There is also a very comfortable double sofa bed in the living room.
In the shared complex there is a large pool which is well maintained.
